Ltd.) short name: ZELNAR SP.
Z O.O. (Zelnar Ltd.) is a Tooling
Production Plant of 'Zelnar' Household Equipment Works, which has
operated as a separate business organization since January
1st, 1996. It was established from prior Tooling Production Department
of Zelnar. The development of the Plant was and remains closely
combined with 'Zelmer'
Household Equipment Works. The strong competition on the market and the
need for perfection of production and manufacturing processes enforces
the requirements for still more and more complicated production
tooling. That, in turn, brings about a systematic development
of the production process technology and a need to invest in
the state-of-the-art machines and measuring equipment.
Zelnar Zakład Narzędziowy Sp. z o.o. (Zelnar Tooling Production Plant Ltd.) implemented and uses the quality management system according to ISO-9001:2000 and EN 9100:2003 in the area of production of:

- tools, jigs and workshop fixtures including moulds for processing of plastics
- dies for pressure casting of metals
- dies for press-forming and stamping, bending tools
- special tools, etc.
as well as processing services:
- heat treatment and thermo-chemical treatment
- measurements of lenght and angle.
